Do I need to do anything prior to arrival?

All we ask is that the car is parked in a suitable place for us to get our van near and that we have space to open the doors fully. If you have any child seats, golf clubs of large items in the car, then removing these would be a great help too.

What if I don’t want all of what's included in the options?

Where can you valet my car?

As long as were not on the side of a public road or in a council-owned car park, we can pretty much valet your car wherever you are. Work or home are the most common places and as long as we have consent from your workplace to carry out a clean, we can be there!

How often should I get my car valeted if I want a regular service?

Most of our clients have their car cleaned every 4 weeks. We will never pressure you to get it cleaned more than it should and we will always provide you with an honest opinion based on individual usage as to when we think it should be cleaned next.

If your shampooing the carpets and seats, will they be dry after the valet?

As with all wet-vac machines, it will leave a damp to touch surface, depending on how much detergent we need to use – we always try to leave the seats as dry as possible. In the summer months they will obviously dry quicker, but for any case, we always provide you with temporary seat covers so you can use car straight away after valet.

Do I get a discount for booking more than one car?

We feel our prices are very fair and whilst we try to maintain a steady and consistent pricing structure for all, we do recognise and appreciate repeat business, so were always happy to discuss costs for customers booking more than one car.

Do I need to be there while you are cleaning the car?

Over the years we have always built fantastic relationships with our clients and are always trusted with handling a valet whilst their away from home. You can leave the keys with a neighbour or a safe place, we can carry out the work and return them when completed. We are fully insured up to £5m for any work carried out on your car.

Can you get rid of smoke smells and stains?

Yes we can – the full interior option takes care of this, and for more bespoke work we can tailor the valet to focus more on the smell or stain. This usually means deep cleaning of the headlining for cars that have been smoked in.
